- Built AI agents to fill platform gaps. Agents that analyze prod and dev workflow XML to give Adobe Campaign, which lacks accessible version control, a Git-like state; plus a documentation agent for consistent docs.
- AI-accelerated, guardrailed delivery. Use Claude, Codex, and Cursor daily across JavaScript, Java, Python, and SQL; review, QA gates, and release governance keep AI-assisted output production-grade.
- End-to-end data engineering. Built workflows that ingest, transform (ETL), and push data to external platforms, optimizing the client’s Adobe infrastructure and feeding marketing analytics; maintain and enhance the workflows behind 35M+ daily emails, backed by extensive SQL analysis of campaign audience populations.
- APIs and platform extensibility. Built APIs into Adobe Campaign so customers can interface with it (e.g., a pre-arrival survey) and data can be piped to external platforms; wrote custom JavaScript libraries that extend it.
- Architecture and client partnership. Lead architecture for new marketing initiatives; steer non-technical stakeholders to best-practice designs, align other client vendors to the future-state platform, and explain risk and trade-offs to executives.
- Lead and grow engineers. Lead the platform team, including offshore engineers; raised campaign processing efficiency 25% via complex data integrations and feature delivery; coach on Adobe Campaign, workflows, and data architecture.
